Return Policy for National Numismatic Group LLC

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to market fluctuations, bullion products in the form of bars or coins made from gold, silver, platinum, or palladium are not returnable. Special orders, custom labels, or coins not in inventory that are specifically sourced for a customer upon request are also not returnable.

Certified Graded Coins:
Certified graded coins have a 14-day money-back guarantee return policy from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone at (206) 898-9767 or email at contact@nationalnumismaticgroup.com within this 14-day period. Upon initiation, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

Return Conditions:

  • The return will be subject to verification that the product returned is the same product that was shipped and that the sealed certified holder has not been tampered with or damaged in any way.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging and include any paperwork received within 14 business days from when the RMA number was provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return insured shipping costs, including a tracking number and direct signature required. Please include the return authorization number with your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If any item(s) you have received are not as described or are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will coordinate an exchange and/or return at our cost.

Restocking Fee and Conditions:
Any returns received without a return authorization, past the 14-day return policy, or beyond the 14 business days once the RMA was issued, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the product is not returned with all original packaging, is damaged, or is returned after the 7-day period, National Numismatic Group LLC reserves the right to not accept the return or to accept the return subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion.
